This criminal revision case has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.12.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.6292 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner either to file a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. or a civil suit before the concerned Court.

3. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, grants liberty to the petitioner either to file a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C before the trial Court or a civil suit before the civil Court and on such complaint being filed by the petitioner, the concerned Court is directed to decide the matter independently.
