ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.596/K/2020 dated 02.04.2021 and consequently to direct the respondents to grant annual renewal to the petitioner to run a Kiosk (to vend tea and coffee) at the fourth respondent's Namakkal Government Medical College and Hospital premises.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous because of issuance of fresh Government Order.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the new Government Order in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
