2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.528 of 2014 and the same was closed on 10.12.2014. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
