The prayer made in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents from constructing a public toilet in Survey No.27/3C10 of Mangalapuram Village, Rasipuram Taluk and Namakkal District.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the proposal for construction of public toilet in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the land in question was dropped by the third respondent. 3.Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
