This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to investigate the crime registered in Crime No.8 of 2015 and initiate appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law.
2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.5 of 2015 by the first respondent and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Athur, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.52 of 2015.
