Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned letter of the respondent dated 3.12.2014 made in connection to the petitioner's application for issuance of fresh passport (vide File No.TR1067924113114, dated 08.09.2014) and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh Passport to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter of the respondent dated 03.12.2014 in connection with the petitioner's application for issuance of fresh passport and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue fresh Passport to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
