ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 313, 506(ii) IPC and 66E Information Technology Act, 2000 in Cr.No.3 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.There is specific bar under Section 18 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, for entertaining petition seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
