This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 26.06.2015 lodged before the Superintendent of Police, Thirupur which was in turn referred to the 2nd respondent and to take suitable action against accused persons.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner had put his son in a tuition centre which imparts training to students for passing in the entrance examinations for getting admission in Sainik School. Since the petitioner's son failed to secure admission in Sainik School, this police complaint has been given. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register a case and this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
