ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 1.03.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 306 of IPC in Crime No.233 of 2022, seeks bail.
2.The petitioner herein is the husband of the deceased. Due to domestic dispute, there was quarrel between them and this has led to the suicide of the deceased by hanging. Soon before the occurrence, this petitioner has also attacked the deceased on her head, abused her for demanding money to meet out the family expenses. The son of the petitioner has witnessed the occurrence and has given his Section 164 of Cr.P.C. statement before the learned Magistrate narrating the incident. This petitioner, being the father of the prime witness, if released on bail before filing the final report, there is possibility of distorting the evidence. bail is dismissed.
