ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide alternate accommodation to the petitioner in Thirumangalam 606 TNGRHS Scheme by considering his representation dated 09.07.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's application dated 09.07.2018, was disposed of vide order dated 09.10.2018. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, till date his client has not received any such communication intimating him about the disposal of his representation dated 09.07.2018 from the respondents.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

5. In view of the submission made by the either side, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to serve copy of the disposal order dated 09.10.2018 to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
