This petition has been filed for condoning delay of two days in filing O.P.SR.No.24949 of 2020 challenging the award dated 30.10.2019 passed in Arbitration Case No.2 of 2019 under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. Mr.A.Damodharan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and he has no objection for condoning delay of two days.

3. Having regard to the reasons assigned in the application and to give a fair opportunity to the parties and the delay is also within the permissible limit under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, this Court is of the view, the delay has to be condoned.
