ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.02.2026 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 12.02.2026 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 and 5 and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.02.2026.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 12.02.2026 filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of respondents 4 and 5 and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
