This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking leave to file a Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in C.M.P.No.5500 of 2025 in CSR No.1473 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, without even serving notice on the petitioner, his account has been identified as a "suspect account" and, therefore, he has been adversely affected by the said order.
