When the matter was called on two occasions viz., 10.12.2021 & 06.01.2022 respectively, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, "For Dismissal" on 27.01.2022.

2. Today (28.01.2022), the case is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, Mr.M.Bindran, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 & 4 and Mr.R.Kannan, learned counsel for the third respondent are present before this Court. With an intention of giving one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was passed over and called again. Even when the matter was called again, there is no representation for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution.
