ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 15.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.28232 of

2024 by substituting the condition requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition and they have already filed an application to cancel the bail.

3. In such view of the position, this Court could not find any merit in the present application. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
