ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1275 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.1275 of 2026 dated 22.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e on Monday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of eight weeks; thereafter as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 25-03-2026 ep To 1.The Inspector of Police, AWPS Redhills, 2.The Public Prosecutor High Court of Madras.
