O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.12.2014 in C.S.R.No.837/2014 pending on the file of the respondent, investigate and to file a charge sheet.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.837 of 2014 and the same has been closed.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took this Court through the complaint dated 11.12.2014 and it is found that one Sundar, who was working in the company of the complainant had started another company in the same name and he has received money that are due to the complainant and misappropriated the same by putting it into his account.

5. Therefore, this Court directs the respondent Police to reopen the enquiry and take action in accordance with law laid down in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
