O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent police to return the Petitioner's JCB Vehicle bearing Registration Number TN 73 AC 6530 which was seized in pursuant to the Crime No.1339 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even till today, the said vehicle was not yet produced before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to produce the vehicle which was seized in pursuant to the Crime No.1339 of 2020 before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, Pallipattu, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, to return his vehicle.

4. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
