This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.06.2020. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police station in which, the complaint has been given by the complainant does not come within the jurisdictional limit. Hence, the complainant may be permitted to lodge the complaint before the concerned jurisdictional Police Station. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complainant is directed to give a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional Police Station. 4.
