The learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that the vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant. In this regard, he has also filed a report dated 18.07.2024. Further, he filed a memo seeking additional remuneration for a sum of Rs.50,000/-.
2. The report filed by the learned Advocate Commissioner is taken on record. Recording the above submission, the present application is closed.
3. Considering the efforts made by the learned Advocate Commissioner, though he requested for a sum of Rs.50,000/- as additional remuneration, this Court is inclined to fix a sum of Rs.40,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner.
4. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- as additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner on or before 01.08.2024.
5. Post this matter on 01.08.2024 for reporting compliance.
