This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 11.11.2014 and 21.11.2015 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.264 of 2014 before the second respondent Police and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, the petitioner is not co-operating in the enquiry, which submission is strongly refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.264 of 2014 and take action in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
