2. Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3. The Insurance Company though served has not entered appearance.

4. Since the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay. Hence the delay of 3331 days in filing the above appeal is condoned. However, the claimant will not be entitled to any interest for the said period, i.e., for 3331 days.

5. The Registry is directed to number the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
