J U D G M E N T

(Judgment was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant after arguing the grounds would submit that the appellant may be permitted to raise all his objections before the learned Single Judge in O.P.No.60 of 2024.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the subject property has been alienated and if any claim, must be regarding compensation and therefore, all the issues are to be adjudicated before the OP Court.

3. Since the learned counsel for the appellant would submit before this Court that the OP Court may be directed to dispose of the appeal, this Court is not inclined to accept such contention. However, the appellant is permitted to request the learned Single Judge to dispose of the OP as expeditiously as possible.

4. Recording the above said submission made on behalf of the appellant, the present Original Side Appeal stands disposed of. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
