O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward seeking relaxation of condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, by an order dated 3.12.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.7878 of 2014, to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court only for two days.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a physically challenged person and the respondent police without conducting any enquiry is wantonly harassing the petitioner and his mother and due to the mental agony, the petitioner's mother was admitted in the Royapettah Government Hospital and hence he seeks relaxation of the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
