ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.8(b) in Crl.O.P.No.2366 of 2026 dated 03.02.2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed the same on the ground that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition.

3. In view of the same, this Court does not find any reason to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2366 of 2026 dated 03.02.2026.
