This Contempt Petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34415 of 2014 dated 12.02.2018 has not been complied with.

2. After notice, the Contempt Petition is taken up for further hearing today.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34415 of 20144 dated 12.02.2018 has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with, by passing an order dated 12.09.2018 by The

Tahsildar, Thiruporur. He has also produced a copy of the said order.

4. Since the respondent has passed the order dated 12.09.2018 in compliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.34415 of 2014 dated 12.02.2018, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
