This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.35882 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35882 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate on all alternate working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 25-03-2026 ep To 1.The Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Muthupettai, Thiruvarur District.
