ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7164 of 2020 dated 11.05.2020 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.7164 of 2020 on 11.05.2020, is complied with regularly by the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner complied with the condition for past one month and now the (station is closed due to COVID-19).

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7164 of 2020 on 11.05.2020 is relaxed in toto. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
