Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.12199 of 2015, dated 10.06.2015 regularly.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), the condition imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.12199 of 2015, dated 10.06.2015, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
