ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2054 of 2020 dated 19.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.61 of 2020 to report before the respondent police weekly twice ie., every Monday and Friday at 10.30.a.m and 5.30. p.m until further orders

2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complyings with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2054 of 2020 dated 19.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.61 of 2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30.a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
