(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that the matter pertains purely to the executive domain and there is nothing for judicial intervention. However, since the petitioner has made a representation dated 15.06.2015, it is for the Government to examine the merits of the representation and deal with the same in accordance with law.

2. The representation be disposed of within a maximum period of one month from the date of the receipt of the order, making it clear that the result thereof is not subject to any further judicial scrutiny.
