The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by mistake in the Criminal Original Petition, he stated as "Neyveli Police Station" instead of "Nellikuppam Police Station". In view of the same, in the order dated 18.05.2020 made in Crl.P.No.7650 of 2020 granting anticipatory bail, the Police Station was mentioned as "Neyveli Police Station"instead of "Nellikuppam Police Station" and the petitioner could not comply with the condition imposed by this Court and therefore, prayed for amendment. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the above facts, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out necessary 2/4
amendment. The petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 18.05.2020 made in Crl.P.No.7650 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from today.
