ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 3rd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.12.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 8.12.2014 given by the petitioner, the District Superintendent of Police has conducted an elaborate enquiry and the same was closed on 10.09.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
