This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking an order to amend the trial Court as "learned District and Sessions Judge at Salem (Special Judge for SC/ST Act)" instead of "learned District and Sessions Judge at Chennai (Special Judge for SC/ST Act)" in Crl.O.P.No.7501 of 2020 by its order dated 11.05.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in Crl.O.P.No.7501 of 2020, the trial Court has been wrongly mentioned as ''learned District and Sessions Judge at Chennai (Special Judge for SC/ST Act)'' instead of "learned District and Sessions Judge at Salem (Special Judge for SC/ST Act)". Therefore, he has come forward with this petition seeking amendment.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that she has no objection for allowing this petition.

4. This petition is ordered as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 11.05.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7501 of 2020 and issue a fresh copy of the order.
