Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a Memo dated 29.04.2024 stating that the vehicle has been seized and handed over to the Applicant and he took sincere efforts in tracing the vehicle.

2.Since the warrant has been executed, this Application stands closed and considering the sincere efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner in seizing the vehicle,this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- as Additional remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
