(1) Translation Paper, (2) Law Paper - I, (3) Law Paper - II, (4) Law Paper - III and concerned key answer sheet for the civil judges exam held on 01.11.2014 and 02.11.2014 based on the representation of the petitioner under RTI Act dated 02.5.2015. The petitioner, who applied for selection to the post of Civil Judge, but who could not get selected, has come up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the Service Commission to provide copies of his answer sheets. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 26.6.2015, Mrs.C.N.G.Niraimathi, learned counsel for the Service Commission stated that the petitioner will be first permitted to peruse the answer papers. It appears that the petitioner appeared before the concerned Officer of the Public Service Commission and perused the answer papers. Thereafter, the petitioner has not turned up. 3.Even now, there is no impediment for the petitioner to apply under the Right to Information Act and get copies, which he has not chosen to do so far. Therefore, this writ petition is closed.
