This Petition has been filed to bring on record the Legal Representatives of deceased 1st respondent T.Palanismy as detailed hereunder 1) Parvathi, wife, Kuttakattupudur, Kasthuriba Gramam Post, Vadugapatti Village, Erode, 2) Santhiya, daughter, Vemandampalayam, Attavanai Anuman Palli, Village and Post, Erode 638 101, 3) Saranya, Daughter, Kuttakattupudur, Kasthuriba Gramam Post, Vadugapatti Village, Erode in the above Second Appeal as the respondents 3 to 5 and condone the delay of 513 days in representing the C.M.P.Sr.No.42949 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue notice to the newly added respondent, returnable by 09.02.2026.

5. Post the case on 09.02.2026.
