Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai in I.A.No.816 of 2014 in AIR(SA) No.443 of 2014 dated 26.8.2014 and quash the same insofar as the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.17,19,780/- to the Tribunal on or before 15.10.2014 is concerned.

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai in I.A.No.816 of 2014 in AIR(SA) No.443 of 2014 dated 26.8.2014 and quash the same insofar as the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.17,19,780/- to the Tribunal on or before 15.10.2014 is concerned.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is also dismissed.
