This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue suitable directions to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the complaints given by the petitioner's wife P.Ammutha and her relatives.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by the petitioner's wife, petition enquiry is pending before the third respondent. Hence, no blanket order of not to harass the petitioner can be passed. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, he should not be harassed. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
