(Impleaded prayer amended and raised Additional Grounds as per order dated 04.08.14 by VRSJ in M.P.Nos.2,3 and 5 to 9 of 2014 in W.P.No.14093 of 2014) .. Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the proposed 5th respondent in R.Dis.No.37277/2013 dated 28.03.2014 and the order of the 2nd respondent in No.3215/2014 dated 23.06.2014 relating to the entry of the name of the 4th respondent in the Revenue Records in respect of patta No.202 and individual patta in No.3215 of 2014 in Patta No.981 dated 23.06.2014 for S.F.No.16/1B2A of Kurubarapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District and quash the same and directing the respondents 1,2 and 5 to delete the name of the 4th respondent herein in respect of the above mentioned Survey Numbers in the Revenue Records.

O R D E R

Heard Mr.K.Doraisami learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner for M/s.Muthumani Doraisami and Mr.K.Dhanajayan, Spl.Govt.Pleader, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1,2 and 5; Mr.N.Murali,learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. When the matter is pending before this Court, the petitioner and the 4th respondent along with one T.S.Sriram Vignesh have entered into a compromise touching upon the subject matter of the Writ Petition and in that memorandum of understanding, dated 15.09.2016 attested in the presence of Notary Public including withdrawal of the present Writ Petition and also O.S.No.66 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif, Krishnagiri.

3. The parties are present before this Court for recording compromise as stipulated in the memorandum of understanding, dated 15.09.2016. The same is recorded.

4. In the light of the above memorandum of understanding, dated 15.09.2016, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
