ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Second Respondent not to harass the petitioner to secure the ends of justice.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one Raja against Syed Basha, who is said to be the husband of the petitioner, petition enquiry is being conducted by District Crime Branch, Vellore. Since the said Basha is absconding, the police are wanting to know the whereabouts of the said Basha.

4. Under such circumstances, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be given. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry and the respondent police are directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
