ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 26.09.2016 passed in I.A.No.231 of 2016 in O.S.No.20 of 2015 on the file 1/2

of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.I at Wallajapet, Vellore District, thereby dismissing the petition seeking amendment of plaint.

2. When the matter was listed on 06.12.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 08.12.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 08.12.2022, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
