Prayer in W.P.No.38614 of 2005:-Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the connected records leading to the issuance of the impugned order No. SMR 2005 dated 05.04.2005 by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to grant pro rata pension to the petitioner for the years of service rendered by her with arrears of pension from the date of her voluntary retirement with the interest at the rate of 12% from the date if became payable.
