Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notices dated 04.05.2015 under Section 7 of the Act 3 of 1905 and 26.05.2015 under Section 6 of the Ac t 3 of 1905 issued by the respondent, quashing the same and directing the respondent to conduct proper enquiry before initiating any action against the schedule property.
