The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18330 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur on 24.06.2024, in e-filing No.LTN20220001103C202400254. A copy of the final report was also filed before this Court.

3.In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruppur, to act upon the final report filed by the respondent Police in Crime No.393 of 2022 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order . 4.With the above directions, this Contempt Petition is disposed of. 24.06.2024 krk Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No : Yes / No 2/3
