ORDER

Heard Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel for the revision petitioner and Mr.T.L.Thirumalaisamy, learned counsel for the respondent.

2.The revision petitioner has focused on a very narrow aspect namely, seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Court, Namakkal, to dispose of A.S.No.70 of 2020 on merits within a specific time period.

3.A report was called for from the Principal District Court, Namakkal, and a request was also placed, requesting the learned Judge to give an outer time limit within which the said A.S.No.70 of 2020 could be disposed of.

4.A report has been received dated 01.07.2021 in D.No.3440/OS/2021 and the learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal had stated that he would dispose of the First Appeal within a period of two months. In view of that, a direction is given to the learned Principal District Judge, to dispose of A.S.No.70 of 2020 on or before 30.09.2021.

5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
