The petitioners have come up with the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the 6th respondent to dispose of the Company Petition filed by them in C.P.No.67 of 2014 pending before the Company Law Board, Chennai.

Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that respondents 1 to 5 do not have any objection on the direction to the 6th respondent to dispose of the Company Petition in C.P.No.67 of 2014.

Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case for giving a direction to the 6th respondent to dispose of
the Company Petition and accordingly the 6th respondent is directed to dispose of the Company Petition in C.P.No.67 of 2014 pending before them within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
