Crl.OP.No.7761 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J., This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. Not known of 2023 for the offences under Sections 380 and 411 of IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that FIR in Crime No.127 of 2023 has been registered and the petitioner has also been arrested and thereby, the petition has become infructuous.

3.In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
