O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to withdraw, revoke and lift the Look-out Circular notice No.2015405093 issued by the 2nd respondent police against the petitioner dated 28.03.2015 in Crime No.82 of 2015 dated 25.02.2015 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to communicate the order of lifting of travel restriction imposed in pursuance of Look-out Circular notice No.2015405093 directly to the Chief Immigration Officer, No.28, Shasthri Bhavan Annexe, Haddows

Road, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12483 & 12487 of 2015 on 05.06.2015 on the following conditions:

"Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation".

4. This Court, in Crl.O.P.No.16060 of 2015, dated 16.07.2015, directed the police to withdraw the look out notice issued in respect of the co-accused Rajkumar Shanmugam. 5.Following the same, the petitioner is directed to inform the police whenever he is going abroad and also furnish the details of his trip and address of stay in the foreign country. With the above said observation and directions, this criminal original petition is allowed as prayed for. The 2nd respondent is directed to withdraw the look out notice within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
