Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent bank to reverse the fraudulent and unauthorized transaction and credit the sum of Rs.75,58,200/- along with 18% interest, to the petitioner's Account bearing Account No.650014083894, in accordance with the RBI Circular in DBR No.Leg.BC.78/09/07/005/2017-18 dated 06.07.2017.
